Order usually ships the next business day. We use USPS priority mails for all shipments. Direct Signature and Insurance will be added to the shipments.
*For international shipment, we recommend that you use a forwarding company to ship your items to an U.S. address first and ask the forwarding company to forward the package to you as they will be able to assist you when it comes to custom issue.
Taxes: Sales tax will be charged on all items shipped to NY.
We understand if you need to return this item. Simply email us within 24 hours of delivery and let us know the reason. We'd love to help! Please ensure our company tag is intact when you make a return. Return without the company tag intact will not be accepted.
For domestic return: $35 handling fee + return shipping cost will be deducted before a refund is issued. Return will only be accepted if the company tag is intact and is requested within 24 hours of delivery.
For international return: No return will be accepted.
For Final Sale Items: No return is accepted.

Domestic Selling/Consignment (Within United States): Free shipping label provided by LUXCELLENT
Please ship the item within 7 days upon receiving our shipping label and include the signed selling/consignment contract in the package. If we do not see your package being shipping within 7 days, we will consider that the buyer/consignor has forfeited the will to sell/consign, even though the quoted prices will be valid for 30 days, the buyer/consignor will need to contact us to generate another shipping label, or the buyer/consignor can choose to ship the item at the buyer's/consignor's own cost for shipping. LUXCELLENT is not responsible for any lost or damage of the item/package.
International Selling/Consignment: Seller/Consignor will be responsible for shipping the item to us

For seller within the US and outside of the US, we are unable to perform a return once the item has been shipped to us.
For consignor within the US, consignor may request a return for the item before the 90-day consignment expires. LUXCELLENT will not be responsible for the return shipping cost if the consignor has decided to retrieve the item before the 90-day window. LUXCELLENT will cover the return shipping cost if the item is unsold for 90 days and the consignor would like to request the item back.
For consignor outside of the US, we do not cover return shipping cost. However, if the item is unsold in 90 days, the consignor can continue the consignment with LUXCELLENT until the item is sold, or the consignor can request a buy-out price from LUXCELLENT and get paid immediately.

If you decide to keep the item that you requested for buy-back, you may do so by email us to let us know. Please understand that the return request on buy-back can only be accepted before an item is checked-in at our warehouse.
