SHIPPING

PURCHASE

Domestic Orders (Within United States): Free Shipping (USPS Priority or USPS First Class for small items).

International Orders: Please refer to the below chart for locations that we currently ship to. Shipping cost may vary by locations. Custom duty and taxes will be buyer's responsibility. Please note that item price or order total over $2499 USD will not be fulfill and ship due to export law. Using a forward company service is recommended to save international shipping cost.

Tax: Sales Tax will be applied to all NY orders. Nexus sales tax law can be applied to all orders.

SELLING/CONSIGNING/BUY-BACK

Domestic Buyout: Free pre-paid shipping label. Buyout item(s) must be shipped within 7 days after a pre-paid shipping label is issued.

International Buyout: You the seller is responsible to cover the shipping cost, insurance fee, and any custom fees occurred. Insurance and signature are required for shipping the package.

RETURN

PURCHASE

Domestic Return:

Return Period: Request within 3 days of delivery on returnable items and orders (please see 'Return Eligibility' for defining returnable items). Return request made within 3 days of delivery will be reviewed and solely decided by LUXCELLENT whether the request will be accpeted. Return reason that is not under control by LUXCELLENT will not be approved.

Return Fee: 4% fee (4% of the order total) + a $35 Handling fee.

Return Eligibility: Returnable Items are items that are NOT Final Sale, Drop Sale, wholesale or international orders. Accepted return request will be closed and cannot be re-opened if the return package is not received by carrier within 7 days after the return shipping label is issued and emailed. Return request will not be accepted if the return request reason involves a reason that's not under LUXCELLENT's control, for example, a shipment delay within carrier itself, carrier did not deliver a package within their promised time frame, or a return request is made outside of our return window.

 

International Return: International return is not accepted.

 

Cancellation request may be accepted if the order has not been fulfilled (before a shipping lable is printed or the package has been given to the carrier for pickup). Cancellation request is not guaranteed and LUXCELLENT® reserves the right to cancel or not to cancel an order. A mandatory 3% fee (3% of the order total) will be deducted from the order payment before a cancellation is processed and a refunded has been released. Please check our Service Terms for more information about the cancellation fee.

Buyout cancellation: For all buyout contracts, no cancellation request will be accepted after the package has been shipped.

CONSIGNING

Consignment cancellation: For all consignment contracts, cancellation can be accepted with conditions:

(a) Consignment cancellation is requested before the package has been shipped to LUXCELLENT®: $35 flat rate fee will be charged to cover return shipping label cost and labor fee.

(b) Consignment cancellation is requested within consignment period: $50 handling fee + return shipping label cost will be charged before LUXCELLENT® ships the consigned item back to the consignor.

(c) Consignment cancellation is requested after the consignment period has expired: LUXCELLENT® will ship back the consignment item at LUXCELLENT®'s cost.

BUY-BACK

Buy-back cancellation: For all buy-back contracts, no cancellation request will be accepted after the package has been shipped.

REFUND

PURCHASE

For eligible returns that have successfully returned the item(s), refund will be issued back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time. Refund will be issued after deducting a 4% fee and a handling fee of $35 USD.

Processing Time: It takes up to 5 business to process a refund and 7-10 business days for the refund to go back to your original payment method.

SELLING/CONSIGNING/BUY-BACK

Selling, consigning, and buy-back are not eligible to any kind of refund.
