We understand if you need to return this item. Simply email us within 3 days of delivery and let us know the reason and we will review and decide if we can accept your return request. Please note that if your return reason is not a reason that we can control, for example, a delay with carrier or package is not arriving on time, etc., we will not approve your return request. Please ensure our company tag is intact when you make a return. Return without the company tag intact will not be accepted.
Return will only be reviewed if the company tag is intact and is requested within 3 days of delivery.
For domestic return: A mandatory and non-refundable 4% processing fee (4% of your order total) and a $35 handling fee will be deducted before a refund is issued.
For international return: No return will be accepted.
